If it weren't for Tennessee, where would Jerry Springer find any guests for his show?

Do you think if a group of protesters were getting their ass kicked in Tennessee, that Bush would send in the National Guard to defend the rule of law?

Would the Governor of Tennessee stand between the beating and the guard? I hear thats how things work in the South...

actually i think the protestors are at least smart enough to stick to places like san francisco and new york.

Like I (sort of) said, Tennesse isn't exactly diverse whereas SF & NY are.

I grew up in the anti-diversities of Upstate NY, and later moved to NYC - so I can completely see the relevancy.

Tennesse- you gotta love a state that can recognize the odor of horseshit when it sees it. That's why Gore couldn't carry his own state in the election. The people of Tennessee may not be as diverse as NY or SF, but they are the "proud to be an American" Americans. Unlike the disgraceful, know-it-all protestors that are littering our great country.

Thats tellin em', disgraceful protesters littering our great country, otta be a law against such anti-American behaviour. What morons gave Americans the right to protest anyway? Oh yeah, I think it was the founding fathers, back when they wrote the constitution. Hey, what did those geezers know about the personal rights of law abiding citizens? Geeeeesh. Next thing you know these liberals will be feeding hungry kids, and building schools in poor urban areas. Hell a school for 1000 kids could cost more than a dozen Apache attack choppers. Where are our priorities, educating our kids or making sure the Arabs don't have scud missles hidden at the oasis? You go get em' Tubby, your nation is in a scuffle, and needs your help, down with the lefty, give old people free lunch, support the right to abortion, welfare loving protesters.

if we keep screwing around with these nuts who hate us and allowing them to keep pushing us you won't need to worry about building schools wil because they will start/continue bringing the attacks on us on our own soil so that all the childen here can learn about the ugliness of 'war' firsthand maybe? But then again maybe thats what you'd like to see, i don't know because i don't know you. as far as what tubby says about the protesters everyone has a view, personally i'm glad to live where i have the choice to protest or not. in this case i choose not and i support the president in what he has done--so be it

Patriot, Fat Frank, and other voices of sanity:
Why do our opinions seem a bit outnumbered here? I go to work every day and I am basically surrounded by other U.S. citizens at all times. But I have yet to encounter another one, in person, who opposes this war. The consensus seems to be that this is an unfortunate, but necessary war. But if you throw out some pro-war tidbits in this forum, you are immediately swarmed by the anti-war buffs. Now here's the funny part (might as well shoot for a little humor here). I have these great mental pictures of our greatest voices for "our government is a bunch of murderous pigs."
RADIOFREEBIKINIBOTTOMS--here's a guy sitting in front of a computer for about 20 hours a day gathering vital information. He's young (mid 20's) but so full of hard facts and useful knowledge. He has long hair and a scraggly beard. Presently unemployed- waiting for a job that will pay him for simply being a genius.
LANDER-- Probably a woman, but she's a rugged outdoors type. Was once arrested for punching an anti-abortion protestor outside the abortion clinic where she works. Was quoted afterwards as saying, "I have a deep respect for their right to protest, but it is outweighed by the woman's right to choose." Lander gets pumped up on the way to a big protest by listening to Melissa Ethridge full blast on her walkman.
FANNY MAY-- Another possible male in his mid 20's. In his 8th year of study at the local college, studying political science. Still lives with his Mom. Hopes to work for the Democratic National Party when he finishes school or he may join up with Radiofree to form their own Socialist Party.
Wilheim--He's the guy from high school that you always wanted to knock the shit out of. As an adult, he's the protestor lying on the street, blocking traffic, that you just cross your fingers and hope some police officer "accidently" whacks in the nuts, as he is being dragged out of the street.
ME- I'm just an ignorant, redneck, war*****ring, Bush-loving, Republican idiot. (This might save some of you guys from wasting time on a response)
